The project of residential buildings is part of the Integrated Action Plan called "BTS2" planimetric project, drafted by the municipality, which provides for the recovery of the ex-Tilane close track of the Northern Railway, whose destination it was originally until few years ago, industrial and handicraft. In addition to buildings for residential purposes corresponding to 11,000 square meters and trade totals 1,600 square meters distributed on the ground floor, the recovery of the expected location of an arcaded square and a new public building to restore the area over the railroad to the city, through the establishment of a strong and polarized function. The new square will integrate the activities of the Public Library and Cultural Center with the residential and commercial functions, making it a place of free social and cultural city. The buildings of two types, tower and in line with heights respectively eight and six floors, interact with the environment to the same finishing material and compositional elements of modern language. The facades covered with bare bricks have parts in plaster of white color to identify   the upper floors of both towers of the lower buildings. The frames are made of aluminum with thermal glass with good thermal stability; the blackout, also of aluminum of the same color, are equipped with adjustable slats to control the light passage and function as solar screens as a  protection from the weathering; the parapets of the lodges, balconies and terraces are made of laminated glass with  painted steel frame, while in some parts where it was allowed to use the terrace as surface cultivation, or small garden, the rail is designed in wooden teak. All covers are coated in aluminum sheet pre-painted green copper. Particular attention has been given to the design of the common garden with the formation of paths marked by a spinal paving , which creeps between a handling hilly and the other, and with a low-maintenance vegetation.
