Splash e SPA Tamaro is open all year round and it also enriches the Recreational entire region. For these reasons, concepts such as seasonal extension of the tourism offer and appreciation of the territorial characteristics are closely associated with the project.

Fun, Entertainment and wellness

How can these three humours side by side exist without conflicts? In the case of Splash e SPA, it is the  Architecture that allows this coexistence. These three moods determine the architecture of the building in the form of three cupolas manifested. The “entertainment dome, the fun dome and Wellness dome”.

Implementation

Baphysik, civil engineering and architecture found in the characteristic domes of this project a common cohesion point. The cover of the dome is made of a silicone membrane made of Teflon with spans over 70 meters. Thanks to a special stratigraphy and a pressure-tight space, the domes transform into active and dynamic insulation covers with coefficients which are comparable with triple glazing. A special feature of the project is certainly the lighting technology concept. Along the skylights in the domes and alignment with the inner interstices special energy saving lamps (LED) have been positioned. Thanks to the reflection of the material and the particular, gently curved geometry of the domes slide the light along the cover, watered them and transforms the domes in suggestive lanterns. For some, there are only three simple domes, in other three color bubbles full of emotions.
